Six Week Wheel Throwing Classes - July/August

Have fun getting messy while learning the quintessential ceramic technique of making pottery on a pottery wheel. This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of using the wheel to center, pull a wall, and create basic forms. If you have taken the class previously, you will be able to improve on your basic skills and learn new techniques. Make your own plates, bowls, cups and more! All skill levels welcome, no experience necessary.
This class includes 6 weeks of instruction, 25 lbs of clay, glazing and firing.
Tuesdays, 6pm - 8:30pm - July 7 - August 18, no class Aug. 11
Thursdays, 6pm - 8:30pm - July 9 - August 20, no class Aug. 13
Fridays, 9:30am - noon - July 10 - August 21, no class Aug. 14
Workshops are a great way to try out ceramics without a long term commitment.
