Spring time is coming, which means the frogs are coming out of hibernation. In this class your kids will get to make their own spring peepers that will double as a lidded box!

For this project students will use simple slab, coil, and pinch techniques to create a jar shaped like a frog body, with the head for a lid! Our instructor will walk kids through how to use slabs to make the jar and lid shapes. After making the basic shapes, kids will be able to decorate the jar with carved or stamped shapes or added cay pieces. Finally, kids will finish the pieces by painting them with brightly colored glazes.

Please note, this is a kid’s class for children aged 12 and under. Children will work together with a parent or guardian to complete one project
