What better way to end the summer than making your very own ice cream bowl shaped like an ice cream cone!

For this project we will use the simple clay techniques of pinching and sculpting to create a bowl and handle for a single scoop ice cream bowl. After assembling the basic form, kids can make additional “toppings” to decorate their bowl. Finally, we will use brightly colored glazes to add color and designs to the bowls, and create a food safe finish.

Please note, this is a kid’s class for children up to 12 years old. Children will work together with a parent or guardian to complete one project
